The first day of FanX is over.  Now I lay here on my couch watching TV and wishing I had talked to Tricia Helfer.  I think she might have enjoyed going with me to breakfast tomorrow morning.  Another time I suppose.

     Today was a great day and I’m excited to see what happens tomorrow.  Another last minute cancellation I heard walking the floor is Katee Sackhoff.  I haven’t heard details just that she couldn’t make it.  I trust it’s nothing dire.  

      In other [bad] news, Burt Reynolds died earlier today.  He was 82.  No information was released as of the time I first saw the headline.  Keane took the news hard.

     Time now for a snack and a nap.  See you at the con! 

     I just sitting down in the press room for a bit.  I am WAAAAAAAY more sleepy than I thought.  but it’s been a fun, full day so far.  We made it to the press junket today and I got to chat with John Wesley Shipp, Jess Harnell, Manu Bennet, and the founders of FanX Dan Farr and Bryan Brandenburg.  First though, I got to speak with Paige O’Hara but it seems there was a slight problem with my device not recording that conversation.  We got video recorded on two other devices so, I’ll have to play with those a bit and see what I can work out.  I’m going to hit the event floor and maybe start getting photos of costumes.  Until later, EXCELSIOR!

     At last, we’re finally at that time!  FanX starts tomorrow and I can’t wait!!!  I’m going to post this week’s episode tonight.  I don’t know yet what if any interviews I’ll get for you but we’ll see.  This is going to be a good week.
